About us
Thomassin Delaney is a boutique research and consultancy firm working at the intersection of anthropology, policy, Indigenous governance, natural resource management and extractive industries. Our expertise lies in analysing consultative processes, and decision-making systems, providing evidence for program and policy development. We apply critical thinking to assess real-world dynamics and challenge the assumptions underpinning policies and governance frameworks. Grounded in genuine partnership with Indigenous communities and the local organisations we work alongside, including governments and industry, our approach supports the development of contextually relevant and pragmatic solutions.
We bring over 55 years of combined experience across academia, government, and international diplomacy, with long-term relationships across Australia, the Pacific, and Canada.
